Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

It's an interesting idea, but I doubt 3 months is long enough to even consider. There's just so much free space where nobody is there, that's the thing. I can understand the request tho.
The problem is that yes, there is tons of free space. but very, VERY little of that space is often visited by players. There just isn't enough "hotspot" space for shops to be placed once every 150m
And what about roads? can people only build once every 150m?
the converse of this request: it's ok to ask that an area be removed if it's within 150m and was created more than 3 months before the player last logged in.
i don't understand why that's a good metric for when someone can ask for an area to be removed? is the intent to say "you have 3 months to address the issue while the player is around"? but if the player comes back after a long absence, suddenly they can be kicked out?

personally, i think that the protection warnings should instead turn into petitions, i think i'll create a new issue for that.
