New commands:
/settings : Store settings tied to your account.
Currently you can only decide on the colour of the outgoing and incoming DMs. Please test this and /bug us what else you'd like to customize.
/protect_this_check : Tells you whether this place is suitable to create an area, without creating it.
/protect_check : Tells you whether the selected area is suitable to create an area, without creating it.
