they already do this - at least as long as they have drag. all the projectiles have drag except the training arrows, which do no damage. projectile damage is proportionate to the speed of the projectile.
Strange, I tried to shoot an arrow underwater and it showed roughly the same arc I would have expected in air.
When passing thorugh water, it should lose all forward momentum and tumble to the ground few meters after entry, right?
which arrow? as i mentioned, training arrows will pass through water unimpeded. other arrows should be severely impeded.
yes. it'll lose a lot of vertical momentum too, but still sink slowly, in a way that's very convincing to me.
honestly, i wouldn't mind changing that behavior, but i wanted to have something that was unimpeded by drag for testing purposes. it doesn't have to remain that way when it's more ready for release.
You could add various uncraftable "testing arrows", like a no-drag arrow, a water-arrow, a really-speedy arrow, a heavyweight-arrow and similar :D
The "training arrows" were used in events, they should better act like the normal ones.
training arrows should now have drag on them (so they won't do much in fluids)
