Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Most of the posts are from players that don't even play anymore, and it would help unclutter them a little bit
As for time frame ... idk, maybe every 3 months?
cf. #1092, #3539. this proposal has the advantage of being relatively trivial to implement, so it might actually get done.
