MineWorlds reports a bug:

wallclip bug: if you go inside the monster area and decide to stand on top of the basalt frame and jump and then sneak, you will clip into the obsidian glass slabs and able to get to the other side

easier replication: create a wall of 1/16th slabs. walk up to it, so you are pressed against it on the side where you're "inside" the node. sneak. you will now be able to pass through the wall.
