easier replication: create a wall of 1/16th slabs. walk up to it, so you are pressed against it on the side where you're "inside" the node. sneak. you will now be able to pass through the wall.
upstream issue: https://github.com/minetest/minetest/issues/13527
https://github.com/minetest/minetest/pull/13607#issue-1763784091
upstream PR was merged, i haven't tested it, but it should be live w/ the next client release.
This client release now happened, should we QA it?
Can squeeze through 1/16 slab wall using 5.7.0 and can't in 5.8.0.
This doesn't come with a milestone, but is fixed.
