Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

What I tried using jonez blocks:
What you did with jonez is already pretty good - with a bit of texture magix we could certainly make it appear that way.
i can flip the jonez column tiles for the z faces, which would allow the creation of e.g. this:

That would work for a stop gap solution to get 2x1 blocks. Thanks!
I hope one day we can get some dedicated blocks if nodes aren't as limited.
Personally speaking I would like such blocks in different colours and materials and not just off-grey, and without the extra line near the "base", see the attached example for what I mean without the line near the "base".

i'm not 100% sure what you mean, but the example i provided will also be able to exist rotated 180 degrees, so that the "light source" would come from below.
this is live, though i now notice that they're susceptible to the same issue as in #1201, where they place w/ "random" param2 values.
