When I wield and try rightclick on the fish tank, it says "Sorry, you can only put petz fish in the fishtank"

This is not an upstream issue. Upstream works. Are we overwriting the fishtank at some point and disallow tropical fish to be placed? Problem affects 1.1.117.1 and 1.1.118
