testserver healing tree trunk not saw-able anymore, sawed healing tree trunks are unknown nodes now

Looks like it only affects ethereal

hm. is the test server running my moreblocks fork? i'll do some testing locally and see what's up.

i can't even put ethereal:yellow_trunk in the circular saw when using "main fork" moreblocks in my local test server (the yl test server has been down every time i've tried to connect over the last few days). i guessing that we are not running my moreblocks fork on the test server, but ethereal or mainline moreblocks broke something.

Upstream issue, somehow the moreblocks registration seems to have escaped from ethereal. I tried in singleplayer with nothing but ehtereal and moreblocks enabled.

Testserver has default upstream moreblocks

ethereal on main supports trunks in moreblocks, its on b037a2acbeae3cc038c7de9ed5b417177508c150

near as i can tell, ethereal never registered most tree trunks w/ moreblocks. e.g. the big healing tree in haven is made out of sawed no_faces trunks.

fixed in fffd01e009 (put the fix in yl_commons as the regular trunk stairsplus registration probably shouldn't have been w/ the noface logic)
