You know the hiking day and you know when it changes (when it changes). So what exactly are you talking about? That your name appears as announce? The reward? You can have it from me.
We should keep things simple and not complicate them unnecessarily. Vote no change.
Mostly that it counts and - if in future votes are possible - voting is possible. But maybe it's really too complicated, yes...
Not in favour of the initial suggestion. The rollover time is well known and if there is a grace period, it only postpones the cutoff by that grace period.
