I added more text to Amanda, now it just needs to be also put in the wandertag banner.

Except that they're not a secret: Yes!
If you want, I'll give you a wandertag banner so you could set up your own hiking destination. It has some instructions on how setting up such a destination works.
A wandertag (german, literal: hiking day) is a field day where people go on a journey towards a certain, agreed upon destination, most often a scenic place or a tavern or something worth visiting.
Or I could give you a compass to the current chosen destination. All who take part receive a small reward for their effort.
In any case: Good journeys!
***** NEW EDIT 10 NOVEMBER 2025 *****
Yes!
Grab a wandertag banner and right-click it in the air (not on the ground) to view the instructions. There you can also see the wandertag kiosk or structure that you need to build, if you want it added to the list.
Once you built such a thing, activate it. Use the banner on the center candle.
Every UTC midnight, we roll a dice and select a new daily destination among the active ones. With a little bit of luck, we'll select yours.
If yours is chosen, you'll notice by the slightly more excited sparkles.
Everyone who then arrives and touches the center candle, gets a small reward, but please do put a poster somewhere nearby to explain the destination and welcome your visitors.
To build your wandertag kiosk structure, you will need:
10 Silver Blocks
3 Bronze Blocks
1 Copper Patina Block
1 ethereal:candle (color of your choice)
Happy wandertagging!
Please Note: Wandertag destinations should be accessible to all (not require crystal boots to access) nor involve any challenge that unreasonably risks the death of a player.
ya just those 2 things, poster suggestion (to force them - try to - have a reason for the wandertag and the materials list
5:20 PM
hopefully people leave the wandertag in the system but if they dismantle it - so be it... but once it's been done, does it need to be re-activated? cuz if yes, that has to go in the instructions too...
5:21 PM
and it should be so you can't re-active it the same month it was last active... is that bugged?
5:21 PM
and a year from now we'll increase that to 3 months
maybe rating system - thumbs up or down
I wanna see again, or once is enough.
I wanna see again or I would do it again - that could keep it in the system and once is enough could remove it.
Rating system and other niceties should get their own issue, this one deals with the text that is visible when someone looks at the wanderstab documentation.
Currently:
Text now:
QA
It does have new text, but it doesn't say anything about not being a trap?
So the issue could be solved in many ways, which could be either:
I personally prefer just adding notes Amanda to say, because every journey might be harder or easier than you think, it is pointless to weight out the threat level of each one. Do it simple and people will enjoy, not calculate it
I would like to just give compass a rating(S, A, B, C, D) - from highest danger to roadway walk.
We could as well give a color for each one. D - blue, C - green, B - yellow, A - orange, S - bloody red.
Personally prefer to just sticking to the concept of telling people, that every adventure could be unexpectedly easy or hard, just because with time everything changes anyway.
@daydream What's your opinion?
edited answer to can I make my own?

I moved this issue to the 1.1.129 milestone, so that we can edit the text in yl_events.
