We need a list of all duplicate items.

And I need to find a way to make them non-duplicate without losing crafting recipes.

This doesn't only apply to moretrees. Also petz and mobs_redo specify saddles, leather and some duplicate stuff.

These are 2 different items but i don't understand why we need a fast grown sapling when we have bonemeal.
