The longer the TTL for item entities, the more lag they cause - unfortunately those entities also add to the list of entities GOIR searches thorugh
What's the plan behind this?
Whats that?
That's the time a dropped item takes before it despawns. From a gamedesign perspective we could have them active forever, but lag demands to keep them as shortlived as possible.
And all entities must technically have the same time or would that also be possible according to groups?
Allowing them different ttl would require some coding and overwriting core stuff. I'm not in favour of that.
