Nomtom reports a bug:

wings instead of builders flight. Why some mysterious item when we can have lore-backed wings that can fly until they're going to break and then just swiftly get down. They could be different forms/colors and be crafted from very rare items/blocks like dark wings with some nether stuff and light wings from something expensive that relates to the elves or some mythical creatures. And thanks for your interest in doing this server better whoever reading this
