i am certain there's an existing issue about regular (small?) scorpions glitching through walls on hills sometimes, though i'm not finding it.

while the boss scorp will not spawn adds through a wall anymore, we don't currently have a good way to keep any physical mob from glitching through walls on occasion. this has been an issue w/ minetest since i first started playing it, and one of the main reasons i don't consider any mobs to be reliable enough to depend on in any way.

note that petz and mimes are particularly horrible w.r.t. glitching through walls, mostly due to attempts to prevent them from doing that. those are separate issues.
