For example, maybe whoever getting to level 50 gets a blimp?

Blimps are still WIP, although I do think more than a few things could be given. I don't think the rewards should be major, otherwise it would encourage people to secretly abuse XP farming exploits.

I think they should. The reward should be as good as possible. In order to prevent XP farming, maybe make a mechanic that freezes someone's XP if their XP is steadily growing, or is growing very high suddenly.

Every 10 levels you get an additional master area. That's reward enough. With each level, the influence on bailiff votes also grows, and in the upcoming updates (probably in Update 1.4) the abilities will also be level-dependent. That's a lot of reward.

Levels shouldn't be too important in the game either. I think it's good that for a Balrog whip, for example, you have to work very hard and skillfully to get it. Regardless of how much XP you have.

There may be more rewards in 1.4, but until then please do not open a new issue for every level or reward.
