Right now they are useless because they are banned to prevent griefing.
We should make the dynamite sticks capable of being launched by slingshots. They will have a big explosion range but not break any blocks. Would be useful against swarms of Voice troops.

imo, this is more similar to #6192 than different. if you want to say that "there should be a use for tnt sticks", it's also a dupe of #1529.
