If I’m thinking about the coords correctly. That was built by jim15. It should have something besides just cobble on it though… I think the Israeli flag, and it should be on top of two rather large mountains, though I this could be a totally different build.
it's certainly above Jim15's areas, though i couldn't tell if it was related at the time, but it certainly seems so now. i didn't even notice the israeli flag, it's hard to see from the bridge itself.
