Make expressing emotions like joy and cheer and others easier. Replace the /e command with inline detection of smilies

I'm not sure if parsing all chat messages is a good idea, but making /e :D work should be nice and easy.
Also, really want /e to change poses/show animations...

i think detecting if a chat message ends in an emoticon and then doing the relevant /e automatically is reasonable. commands should be filtered out. possibly players in channels should be filtered out. is there anything else?
