AspireMint reports a bug:
Player position:
Player look:
Player information:
Player meta:
Log identifier
Profiler save:
Status:
Teleport command:
Compass command:
Was wondering about that as well and got that message at least twice as well.
I'm betting it may be same issue as this (not updating storied indices after removing elements from the array):6007Turns out, I was mistaken.
Same. LadYeauty was moving the bailiff's camera from different players trying to get a different view of what was going on.
IMO the player who issues the command should get the message, not the player that is getting watched.
Might be best if both get a message? The player the bailiff is watching might be intrested in that as well and might want to show some things around instead of just afking. But that would require a start watch message to be sent.
Or he might start overacting if he knows. I'd prefer the commander of the stream know what's going on since he needs the feedback. Once he knows, he can relay the message to the actor or choose not to.
Player should know that someone is watching him.
Either commander does not want actor to know about it, and i consider it spying,
OR
commander tell about it, then automatic message is missing, and it is bug.
Imagine this situation. You play in 3rd person view (maybe on smartphone), and suddenly you see someone following you.
Or you are in 1st person view, you use mine cart. You look behind you and see someone staring at you like this O.O
Whats worse is if he gets angry for not telling him. Players should know.
If i, i mean you, you are building secret flying mega cobble platform above ocean for no good reason, you would not want anyone watching stream to know about it!
Choosing not to is spying. Is there any good reason to not tell them? Then commander should ask Service for help.
Im okay with choosing not to tell, if it is part of voice attack or event. Otherwise players should know!
In this case:
The streaming account is not meant to spy on people. As soon as it is in range to have a meaningful look at someone, this some can certainly see the streaming account as well. I just don't want to distract people. The streaming account can't do anything a normal other player cannot do.
If anyone who is allowed to commandeer the streaming account uses it in a malicious way, then that's the end of the priv for this person, if not worse.
Currently everyone with the priv could teleport the bailiff to me, while I prepare something secret, but there is a reason noone does that.
