i wasn't able to destroy one. the shot passes straight through them. however the explosion yeeted one into the sky.
The blimp was not destroyed, but rapidly moved into inactive mapblocks. I found it.
This "moving away via explosion" is a bug and needs to be fixed upstream
reminds me of the time i catapulted a loaded blimp into the air on main, good times
totally why I think they should get some sort of location tagging.
Maybe owner could have a special compass that always points at the blimp's last known position...
i recommend talking to el ceejo about the difficulties in tracking dragons. also probably whoever codes advanced trains might have some advice.
When the airship gets stored, it should leave a trace in the log.
