there's several other areas piled on top of each other there, but they seem to be older (joke15 - 462 - 2024-01-22, spacecat - 3708 - 2023-02-13, Jamelpro - 2841 - 2023-02-01)

The build as such is relatively nice. It ought to be moved elsewhere.
No. If we start moving buildings around, everyone will build at the most convenient location, like right outside someone else's city and then rely on that since its a nice build, staff will move it.
