Following the design of #5776 (Haven) and #5561 (PdS) here are city guards (2 female + 2 male) wearing the heraldic tabard of the Republic (cyan-red).

I thought that one set of guards with the emblem of each city was too much, but many cities belong to the Republic and all of them can use these designs.
