Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

.So far, we operated under the assumption all is well until someone complains.
Those who create "impostor" parties will probably have a hard time with the originals. They could at least gently be told, either on a social or a technical level, that their partyname looks suspiciously similar to an existing one.
If someone maliciously pretends they are someone else, be that a wellknown party or a party with privs (bailiff, staff), we'll delete theirs.
The BAILIFF party was created by "ReplantCrow", as far as I remember that was a joke to "scare non-replanters". I forcedisbanded it now.
