Minetest13 reports a bug:

There should be public anvils on the bridge from Haven north, Voice fights are a frequent occurence and yet it's very difficult to place your own anvil due to the protections surrounding the area.

Add anvils in the south as well. It's really annoying beating up voice troops there and having to run far a way to find a protected are to set down an anvil to repair gear.

i added a number of public anvils, mostly in/around the bridge, a couple in the south. they're not in super-obvious locations - i did my best to make them appear like they belonged w/ the existing decor, instead of sticking out. but they're around if you look for them.
