Electrum and Electrumese are established terms. No, we won't change them only because there exists a thing.
i personally find it odd that there are "electrum", "electrumese", and "electrumite". perhaps we could standardize on a single term?
Maybe just use electrumite. Electrum is a type of alloy with 80% gold and 20% silver, and electrumese might suggest that it contains mese.
from the crafting recipes, it seems like "electrum" is an alloy of gold and electrumite. it's not clear what electrumese is, though that's what the tools are made of.
I think the impression is that the Electrumese tools were Mese tools that were somehow enhanced or enchanted with the electrumese?
looks like the tools were originally "obsidianmese" https://content.minetest.net/packages/SaKeL/x_obsidianmese/
