rewired_X reports a bug:

fishtanks here in bluoxides shop don't show up as an item they are selling when you point your cursor at the smartshop

this is a limitation of the "infotext" feature of the minetest client: e0d4a9d575/doc/lua_api.md?plain=1#L2461-L2463

there is no programmatic control over how many lines it can be, or how wide. because we're displaying item descriptions, we also can't truncate them without losing translation abilities.

possible solutions which don't involve some sort of fundamental change to the client:

don't put lots of items with long descriptions in the same smartshop
create better short descriptions for individual items
