petz wagon has bad selectionbox and collisionbox #5722

after #5425, the wagon remains rotated when the pony is detached. however, the selectionbox is incredibly finicky, and the collisionbox seems non-existent. i'm unsure whether this is solely a petz issue or partially an engine/client issue, as rotating selection boxes is very new, and i've not seen it used for anything else yet.
