I have made a Jonez Museum in Puerto del Sol containing all nodes of the Jonez mod so people can copy them with the chisel and paste them into their own designs. I've been using it for my own designs and it saves a lot of time.
The problem seems to be that the chisel doesn't allow you to copy the design of a Jonez node in a protected area. DanteLeo has written to me because he wanted to use the Museum for its intended usage but couldn't copy the style.
I could add DanteLeo to a subarea, but that would only solve the problem for one player, not globally. I could also make the area open, but I'd really prefer not to.
The most logical policy seems to me that Jonez nodes could be "copied" with the chisel even if they're in protected areas. I've given it some thought and I cannot imagine any case where allowing the copying of protected nodes would cause any trouble.
