I know this bug has been reported before, I just want to offer help this time.

Some NPC skin textures are "broken" i.e. they have transparent pixels in places where they shouldn't (see the arms of the image attached). I can edit the textures to fix them. I just need the .png images (or access to the folder containing them so I can download them) and then a way to upload them when corrected.
