the halloween event is over now but if the pumpkins are ever brought back out to play this would be a good idea
Ok, I haven't hit 40 yet, but it would probably help if three (or another number) of all pumpkins were shown in the corresponding announce random, instead of some always and others never.

We'll implement that for next year, if we do the same quest again.
Yes. Some pumpkins were far less known and/or more difficult to reach. Thus pumpkin men, spiders and skeletons accumulated, while players at spawn wondered why there were so few.
With the amount of pumpkins we have now we might have a quest next year of visiting each pumpkin once, talking to a local NPC there (like in Sacramentum), letting that NPC fill the pumpkin, and then when the player has cleaned all pumpkins once he gets a reward.
