Chache reports a bug:

Somebody made an opening in the mine at the current coords, although the rules (written at the entrance in English/Spanish/German) explain that's not the intended use. Magnifying glass doesn't show anything. Can the area be restored to a previous state?

Since it seems that admins have a lot of work to do already and help is taking a little, I decided to (painstakingly) repair this myself block by block.

You can close this issue now.

But I will need help for ##5482 since that's too much for myself.
