Your Nether Leggins has been repaired successfully
Your dragon scales boots has been repaired successfully

These both should be changed to 'have been'

and 'dragon scale boots' might be nice too.

while i think systems exist to manage linguistic agreement, they're way more complex than what minetest does for i18n. Ravise's proposal is probably the best option.
