water_life spawn logic has changed recently apparently, though i don't fully understand the code. possibly the solution to this is to wait for spawnit (though the spawn logic won't be the same anymore either).
Still no coral fish... if we can mess with snakes why can't we mess with coral fish? BTW whatever we did to snakes sure didn't help much - I got one or maybe two in the last couple weeks - that is crazy rare just to make a potion that is also nerfed to death now too. Either make rare stuff powerful and make it less rare... you can't have it both ways - talking to you Alias, not you flux :)
Daydream: snakes spawn commonly actually they just hide. JeCel said that in one day of snake hunting she got over 80 snakes.
Since flux' spawnit isn't that far away, I'd rather wait for that one and then take a look again.
@daydream Want to take a look at the testserver, whether coral fish now spawn again?
re-balancing water_life spawns is not hard to do. they're much more restrictive than e.g. petz currently w/ yl_spawnit
QA
We'll eventually need to rebalance when we notice things are off.
the coralfish spawn, but spawn rates might need to be tweaked.
