Chache reports a bug:

I am visiting the "city" of TITAN founded by player Or on 10/03/2022. It's unbuilt glacier terrain except for some earthworks at the perimetre in preparation for a future wall that shows up only at the southeast corner. If this does still officially count as "city", maybe it should be a candidate for deletion.

The city is called (underscore)TITAN(underscore) but the formatting here changes the text to italic.
