Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Could be useful as a general tool for all players.
Players who do not have worldedit use a multitude of other tools - the waypoint compass or the markers.
as implemented, most players don't have access to worldedit markers. but it also supports areas markers, which players generally can use... i suppose there's no harm in allowing regular players to use it.
I don't see how this could be abused, when we already have compass that does the exact same thing. To the contrary it's yet another way for builders to measure things. I like.
