MineWorlds reports a bug:

entity detecter needs a massive debuff: if you take a entity detecter, and set the radius to 30900. it can detect voice entites pretty much anywhere. that is because to spawn voice entities. an admin account has to be there, to well spawn it, so that way. the entity detecter can detect focuses and such for the time being the admin account is there.
