old area by LOR, probably is in the process of being rebuild/moved elsewhere. Making a note to check on it later, since at the moment it looks like a disaster

I'll ask LOR whther we may clean up the area. This was the old Gernika, which was moved by LOR elsewhere. The old city was too close to an event area
