I could try and write code for more cups if I have the go-ahead, and I need to know what other cup variants are requested (aside from copper)

Smaller variants may sometimes be nice. The current ones are pretty big for tables and normal drinking.

As with all things, we have to keep an eye on node count. Too many isn't good.
