Art problems:
I feel like the Your Land NPC art should look like Honey, Warrior Princess Zena, Barkeep Otto etc.
I feel it is exemplified by muted colour, textured clothing, and skin that is jsut slightly shaded for more depth.
Many NPC's have problems with uniformly / uniform gradient coloured skin and clothing, or small colour palette, very prominent lines which should be toned down, or various mismatching.
The following are just some of the ones that felt pretty bad.
Dwarves:
Every single dwarf skin had an art style problem. Also, the skin colours don't match.
Convicts:
Symmetrical clothing and skin need to be textured and shaded. Colours are very bold.
Sailors:
yl_npc_main_sailor.png
Wierd brown banding on arm, and chest/facial hair is a little odd looking. Colours are very bold.
(Near-)Symmetrical clothing that needs to be textured.
yl_npc_main_air-sailor.png
Chest hair, wierd lines on arm, colours being symmetical or uniform on clothes.
Pennywise:
Uniform gradients throughout, texturing and shading needed. Is that red disk on the back supposed to be hair? I can't even tell.
Goblins:
The skin colours don't match too.

Clothing, same with eyes and mouth

Face and clothing
yl_npc_main_goblin-buttercup.png
The facial skin is oddly uniform
yl_npc_main_roguemaster-lenora.png
Lines are bold and colour palette is small. See the other Roguemaster Lenora for something that was textured properly.
yl_npc_main_rabenkind-xmas-01.png
Art style is borderline, pants a bit uniform, clothes a bit odd looking, especially the back, and face and hair look a little bland and symmetrical. Would benefit from retexturing and shading.
yl_npc_main_rabenkind-xmas-03.png
Looks a bit too symmetrical, and the face could be better shaded and toned down
yl_npc_main_shipbuilder-trung-ngo.png
Could do with texturing and shading throughout
yl_npc_main_berth.png
Pants and belt could be textured and lines made less bold
yl_npc_main_kika-falchion.png
I'm not sure about the pant/skirt thing. I can't tell what it is.
Skin might be shaded for these ones too.
