We have all kinds of notifications but no good way to configure them.

Potential recievers should be able to configure sounds for different types of notifications, maybe even /look receive radius and how long it stays active? Or even disable them completely? Another application for yl_settings?

Some way to be able to tune down announcements (or maybe just the sounds) would be nice. If I am exploring 20+ km from the move when it is happening, I am not interested in constant beeping from the announcements.
