You probably fixed the bug. But they liked the jumping so much so that they stole the trampolins from Haven main square and are now jumping on them.
i still can't figure out why mimes imitating cows are so bouncy (logging shows they are neither "jumping" nor "trying to escape a wall"), but i've fixed a few causes of this behavior

It's not only the mimics. Overseers were reported to have a bouncy behaviour as well. Let's look towards mobs_redo, what they did change.
