LeetPeet reports a bug:

I was mining when the blocks reset themselves and I was teleported back. Lag maybe? I couldn't remember if my xp changed.

This sounds like a typical lag occurence. We have taken steps in the meantime to improve the situation such as moving our server to a stronger machine. The underlying issue cannot be fixed by us right now though, lags still do occur.

Either server lag or client lag. There's not much we can do about it.
