JeCel reports a bug:

[Milk Cauldron] The shift + left click only works for the middle slots. Would be great if it'd out other items in the slots on the left when the middle one is occupied.

this isn't as simple as it sounds. shift click can only move things into one inventory, without trickery, and the trickery requires an open inventory slot.

possible solution: the "middle" (cooking) inventory could have 2 inventory locations, one of which is hidden. anything that ends up in the hidden slot would be moved into the left-side inventory. i'm not 100% certain that will work, i can play around w/ it though.
