Would be nice if Wood and Bricks could be dyed with every dye possible and not just the default ones.

each block from cblocks has its own node ID and can be cut in the circular saw.

it wouldn't be difficult to create a brick and wood w/ paramtype2=color and integrate them w/ the palate from unified dyes, but they wouldn't be cut-able in the saw. if you want them to be cut-able, that'd be 24100 new node IDs. we've currently only got 13021 free.

Oof, that'd be a lot of new node IDs. But when writing this report I didn't think about the cutted options, I already would be happy if we had just the normal full node blocks. It mustn't even be all the colors but a bit more variation would be nice, like we have with the tapestry. And I think the only cutted version that would be really "necessary" is the normal slabs. With those one can already do a lot, imo.

JeCel's request is apparently not for the cut-able versions. w/out that, we can solve this w/ 2 new node IDs. would you reconsider in that case?

It's inconsistent when only a couple of coloured blocks are in the saw, while other colours are not.

A few years ago I tried to solve that problem with some colored blocks and some cuttable in the saw (and 8 color options available for them). Sadly it's anything but a trivial problem...
