both players pouring lava, and using a balrog whip, should respect PvP rules.

rollback somehow "knows" who poured lava, but i don't think that's accessible from lua. maybe we should request that?

the balrog fire makes use of the "damage_per_second" property of nodes, which is then re-interpreted by 3d_armor to calculate whether the node was a registered "fire" node or just some random node doing damage. we could add a "placer" attribute to the fire nodes created by the whip, which 3d_armor (or some hack) could use to make that respect PvP rules.
