Here’s an explanation:

‘no_creative’ when set to true this stops spawn egg appearing in creative mode for destructive mobs like Dungeon Masters.

IMO it's not worth it. In case one needs a dungeon master egg, they can give it to themselves with

/giveme mobs_monster:dungeon_master
