Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

i've been managing the mailboxes every so often, banned players will eventually have their mailboxes freed, though it'll take at least a month.
it might be useful to tie the post office script into the ban records, making a note to try that at some point. mailboxes owned by players who're permabanned should be marked as recyclable.
IMO the current process (removing mailboxes of players after some number of months of inactivity) is sufficient and we can close this.
