mime spawning rules:
there's nothing special to the spawn logic. mobs_redo doesn't allow monsters (hostile mobs) to spawn in protected areas.
Perhaps it's one from the Sigrud quest. There's sometimes something "strange" up on a tower. If you go looking, you may find a mime. During combat (or due to general clumsiness), the mime might fall off the tower. Perhaps some survive and then wander into the woods.
or same way how arena mobs end up at spawn sometimes....
cf. #2939
i suspect Sokomine or Bla is correct about the source of the mime. in any event, there's no way to tell where the mime came from, so i think we should close this unless it becomes more regular.
I would like to add a custom
_yl_id
property to each and every mob when they are spawned. This property and the position of the event needs to go to the log when they are spawned, fought, serialized and killed. That's not expensive, but may provide info about what the entity does during its life. This property needs to be serialized and restored when the entity becomes active again.
We could use https://gitea.your-land.de/your-land/yl_report/src/branch/yl_stable/functions.lua#L15 to create such an identifier, I'd rather avoid continuous numbers.
We also should make admintools to read out values on mobs.
