hey, for once, i have no objections to a mod =D

but this mod only helps w/ an account that has fly/noclip and lacks interact. perhaps it'd be useful if we allow streamers to create their own "bailiff"-type streaming accounts?

Needs a bit of protocol integration: How does it tie in with our quest areas, what do we want "cinematic" accounts to be? Currently we emulate them by giving an account fly, fast, invis, invincible, peaceful_player and remove everything else, above all interact. However they still can emerge mapblocks or use this ability to scout out Questareas ...
