Tree trunk well is buggy #3049

Queenfire234312's showed me a problem with her tree trunk well she apparently had for two months now.
For some reason the bucket does not get filled with water. The thing is, you cannot get the bucket out until it is filled. And as long as the bucket is inside the tree trunk well, the well can't be dug.
Maybe it should be made so, that the bucket can be taken out eventhough it isn't filled yet?

Temp solution I can give is make a well with tap using pipeworks. AliasAlreadyTaken saw in my city of Aramore (factory)

You can fill and empty the bucket.

You can add river water source (single)

I can simplify the given machine (in the screenshot). I can build it for them if they want.
